Update advanced_global_search.md

What does this MR do?

Proposes a grammatical improvement.

Also - may be worthwhile to add a bit more color on why Advanced Search is faster. Just a sentence or two, like Advanced Search is able to offer increased search performance by leveraging a separate purpose-built search index, reducing the need to look up results on disk or in the database.
