Remove Value Stream Total stage

What does this MR do?

This MR removes Value Stream Analytics "Total" stage as it is redunant and displayed as "Lead Time". This MR leaves couple leftovers which will be resolved in a separate issue.

How to test

0. Enable Feature.enable(:value_stream_analytics_path_navigation) for additional UI controls
1. Visit group -> Analytics -> Value Stream
2. Check for absence of anything related to "Total" or "Production" or "Overview" stage
3. Visit a project -> Analytics -> Value Stream
4. Check the same
