Update Threat Monitoring page

What does this MR do?

This commit updates Threat Monitoring pages as follows:

• Update tabs order
• Renamed Overview to Statistics
• Made fetch request local to prevent unnecessary requests on other pages. This store is used in a new policy editor and we don't need to fetch data there.
