Requesting proofreader rights for Norwegian Bokmål
What does this MR do?
https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/development/i18n/proofreader.html told me that this was the intended way to request proofreader rights for GitLab translations for a specific language, so here I am.
I admit to be unsure what the criteria are to have a translation go live on GitLab (i.e. it becomes selectable in https://gitlab.com/profile/preferences), if it's either 50% of all words translated, or 20% of all words proofread. In case it's the latter, I decided I should become a proofreader. In the past week I've increased the CrowdIn stat from 8% to 46%, and it'd be nice to get to see my effort be rewarded in the sense it'd go live before long.
A list of the previous projects I've worked on, can be found near the top of https://sproutsluckycorner.wordpress.com/2017/11/14/my-work-and-contact-resume/
