Update SAST CI template refs to include Security

What does this MR do?

This addresses the SAST portion of Standardize docs reference of Secure templates to Security/*.gitlab.ci.yml

It also made updates to the references of other templates in doc/user/application_security/index.md so that file is consistent.

• The MR includes necessary changes to maintain consistency between UI, API, email, or other methods
• Security reports checked/validated by a reviewer from the AppSec team
