Use new fingerprint as default fingerprint for Container Scanning findings

Can Eldem requested to merge switch-to-new-fp-for-cs into master

What does this MR do?

Now that we updated existing location_fingerprint for container scanning findings with migrations, we can switch to use new location fingerprint as default. We have been using new location fingerprint for sometime but we had to alter StoreReportsSevice temporarily for that. After this MR is merged we will revert changes StoreReportService.
