Remove feedback alerts from License Compliance & Dependency List

What does this MR do?
We introduced alerts in !37317 (merged) to solicit feedback from users for
- Dependency List
- License Compliance
This MR should remove those alerts.
Note - The component DismissibleFeedbackAlert is not removed as we plan to use it in future similar implementations
