Documentation: Gitpod Integration: Added closing triple backticks to close code block `Feature.disable(:gitpod)` at EOF

What does this MR do?

At https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/integration/gitpod.html#enable-or-disable-the-gitpod-integration, the last code block in section "Enable or disable the Gitpod integration" is not rendered, but only the raw Markdown text (three backticks + ruby Feature.disable(:gitpod) ).

This MR adds closing triple backticks to close the code block Feature.disable(:gitpod) at the end of the documentation for the Gitpod integration. This should render the code block properly.
