Removing Huge unnecessary CSS Selectors (dropdowns, typography, ..)

Tim Zallmann requested to merge tz-remove-huge-css-selectors-dropdowns into master

What does this MR do?

Saves around 75KB by reducing a couple of the biggest huge selectors from CSS Statistics - https://gitlab-org.gitlab.io/frontend/gitlab-css-statistics/

A couple of them are anyhow overriden or are anyhow outdated styles. One was fixed by adding a utility class to the Vue component.

Does this MR meet the acceptance criteria?
