VSA: Use similarity search option for GraphQL projects queries

What does this MR do?

In !43539 (merged) we've switched from the REST API to the GraphQL API in the shared ProjectsDropdownFilter.

Until now, the GraphQL API was only used in the context of Productivity Analytics.

This MR removes the previously introduced useGraphql prop and enables usage of the GraphQL API in VSA.
