Update usage ping docs with correct group name

What does this MR do?

The group which is mentioned in the usage ping docs is incorrect.

It says @gitlab-org/growth/product-analytics/engineers, when it should be @gitlab-org/growth/product_analytics/engineers (notice the - vs _).

@gitlab-org/growth/product_analytics/engineers is the one used in the Dangerbot messages, and works when used in GFM.
