Replace switcher icons in blob viewer models

What does this MR do?

This MR replaces the switcher_icon in several blob viewer models which was still using the Fontawesome icons.

The switcher_icons are being used only in the context of sprite_icon in https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/-/blob/master/app/views/projects/blob/_viewer_switcher.html.haml#L8 and https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/-/blob/master/app/views/projects/blob/_viewer_switcher.html.haml#L12
