Revert Enable Special References for Vulnerabilities
What does this MR do?
This MR reverts the following MRs related to taking the "+" symbol as a reference prefix for Vulnerabilities (#222483 (closed))
Reverted changes
- Resolve problem with rendering thumbsup emoji
- Enable Special References for Vulnerabilities
- Use backend filtering to autocomplete vulnerabilities
- Add + as a special reference for to GFM Autocomplete
Remaining changes
Rationale: Reverting this will not bring any problems and introduces more noise. Instead I only removed methods related to references
Rationale: This doesn't interfere with any existing functionallity and we will leverage this independently of the chosen reference prefix
The decision to revert the functionallity was made in #264441 (comment 429187245)
