Geo - Rename Open projects Button

What does this MR do?

Closes #268256 (closed)

This change updates the Open projects button on the Geo Nodes Page.

This was based on UX research that found that the button text didn't line up with the page it brought you to.

The button has been renamed to Replication details to match the Geo Replication page.
