What does this MR do?
Update the Documentation MR template, with a link to https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/development/code_review.html#merging-a-merge-request, based on the TW Lead content in https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/www-gitlab-com/-/blob/master/.gitlab/merge_request_templates/Release-Post.md#structural-check-technical-writing-lead
