Add availability to user status
What does this MR do?
This MR is adding availability
enum to UserStatus
model, so that user availability can be set.
Resolves #263462 (closed)
Currently there are two availability options: not_set
(default) and busy
(see here); there are plans to add more options like "OOO" - therefore an enum.
