Add new search params to metadata

What does this MR do?

Related to #244868 (closed)

Recently new filters (confidential and state) have been added to search + a param (force_search_results) to force the results page instead of a sha redirect. This change adds those new params to the metadata so usage can be tracked and analyzed.
