Replace GlDeprecated Badge for geo app & Update Tests accordingly

What does this MR do?

This MR replaces the GlDeprecatedBadge with the GlBadge in the clusters table to solve this issue.

@zcuddy Please review this MR and provide before & after Screenshots since I could not reproduce this locally, thank you very much!
