Editor Lite: Set the default for blobGlobalId

What does this MR do?

Sets default, auto-generated value to blobGlobalId prop when initializing an Editor Lite instance to avoid specifying it on every view where more than one instance of Editor Lite is needed.

Since this is just the ~"feature::maintenance" no changelog entry has been provided
