Add field "name" in example response for boards

What does this MR do?

With a6bae002, we now have the name of a board included in the response:

# lib/api/entities/board.rb
...
 module Entities
    class Board < Grape::Entity
      expose :id
      expose :name
      expose :project, using: Entities::BasicProjectDetails
...

This MR adds the name field to the example response in our docs when listing the issue boards of a project
