Asynchronously process peek stats
What does this MR do?
This is the first step toward building metrics based on performance bar data.
Whenever new peek data are saved, we schedule a job with some delay which processes these data and builds metrics for each sql query - how long it took and how many times it was called. This should allow us to identify bottlenecks and N+1 issues in our codebase based on all peek data (not only per individual requests).
