Add missing newline to the Jenkins integration doc
What does this MR do?
A prior commit (b05a7249) accidentally removed a newline separating the paragraphs about the integration video and the list of when to use the integration.
This change simply adds that newline back in to make it readable again.
A screenshot is included below that shows the pre-change view.
