Remove ignores for terraform state replication

What does this MR do?

• Ignored in !43341 (merged)
• Columns removed in !46742 (merged)

These columns were originally going to be used for verification data for terraform states replicated to secondaries. However, since we've moved the replication to the terraform state version table, we dropped that effort to support the versioned states (which are the only ones that get used now).

This is the final cleanup for removing the original terraform state replication.
