SSH does not work with personal access tokens
What does this MR do?
The SSH mode of access purely relies on the key material being exchanged during the SSH protocol, and does not perform lookups of passwords or personal access tokens
The doc page is correct in that the tokens can be used in place of passwords for basic HTTP(S) authentication, but they cannot be used as passwords during SSH operations performed through Git
In particular, the https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-shell project appears to have no lookups being done that accept user passwords and/or associate them to their personal authentication tokens
