Add note about limited number of updates for packages
What does this MR do
!49040 (merged) began to display the history of when a package is updated. But, due to concerns about how long that list could be, especially for package versions that are updated in pipelines, we limited the history to 6 updates. 1 for the creation and 5 updates. This MR adds a note to the docs that say that.
