Fix Geo docs for 10.6

What does this MR do?

  • Added (source) or (omnibus) to few Geo documentation titles so you can search for then and get the right documentation page.
  • Added extra IPs to pg_hba MD5 auth so it works fine in GCE
  • Missing restarts
  • Documentation identation fixes
