FutureTense style clean up for Secure & Protect

What does this MR do?

Addresses future tense errors found by running the following command:

grep -riI --files-with-match "stage: protect" . | xargs vale --no-wrap --minAlertLevel error

and

grep -riI --files-with-match "stage: secure" . | xargs vale --no-wrap --minAlertLevel error

Removes &/or re-words documentation written in the future tense as indicated by Vale errors.
