WIP: Use ssh_tunnel scenario and unquarantine

What does this MR do?

This MR depends on:

• disable signups
• change the root password to a secure tunnel password

Without those, this MR will fail to be tested.

It uses the scenario Test::Integrations::SSHTunnel instead of Test::Integrations::Kubernetes. Unquarantines two tests, qa/specs/features/browser_ui/8_monitor/all_monitor_core_features_spec.rb and qa/specs/features/browser_ui/7_configure/kubernetes/kubernetes_integration_spec.rb in order to validate the secure integration of the tunnel and k3s
