Break security issues report component into smaller ones

What does this MR do?

Breaks security reports issue component into smaller components.

The security issues will change to add more data and this makes it easier to reuse them between MR Widget and CI view.

Step 1 to allow to group the reports in the MR widget and Split the reports in the CI View and still reuse the same UI components between them.
