Add alert for a successful commit
What does this MR do?
Implement #292229 (closed)
As an initial MVC, the alert was not implement and instead the entire page was refreshed.
This change adds adds an alert when there is a successful commit instead of a refresh, an MVC to give feedback to the user.
Note: This page is behind the flag ci_pipeline_editor_page
, so no changelog is included.
Screenshots (strongly suggested)
