Fix issue with displaying solution actions

What does this MR do?

This MR fixes a small found bug (MR first!)

On the Vulnerability page, if a remediation solution is available, we propose to user create MR or download a patch. However, if MR is already created, we should hide this option. The bug happened because on backend we were checking for the wrong property.
