Rename internal API endpoint

What does this MR do?

Rename internal API endpoint: From ...modules/cilium/network_alert to ...modules/cilium_alert so it matches with the logic among modules within gitlab agentk.

The new module (i.e, cilium_alert) is coming as part of this MR.
