Remove inactive integrations indicator in index and show pages

What does this MR do?

• Remove inactive integrations indicator in index and show pages
• Remove JS logic that toggles the above indicator on the Alerts integration. Since this integration page is being deprecated, it's safe to remove this logic as data will be static.
