Adds version cache field to composer metadata
What does this MR do?
- Adds SHA cache value to composer metadata for future storage of cached values
- Refactor Version Json class for follow up work.
This is a simplification of !49622 (closed) without the cache classes which will come in a follow up MR.
Future work:
- Updated and use the cached checksum to build in "mid layer" index pages.
