Update JQF ordering and example name
What does this MR do?
This MR updates our supported languages to better encourage users to use the tool and read the example we recommend. As it currently is written, users first instinct is to go down the wrong path of using JQF, without understanding why they should use javafuzz instead.
This MR:
- Re-orders the Java support lines in the matrix
- Indicates JQF is not preferred over Javafuzz
- Updates JQF example link to include jqf in the name
