Add all metrics from event dictionary to metric yml files for Product Intelligence group

What does this MR do?

We add the Metrics yaml definitions for ~"group::product intelligence"

Update the dictionary

Adjust the renderer to comply to markdown rules

Use a timestamp prefix in order to ensure unique file names
