Count stage warnings considering bridge jobs

What does this MR do?

Solves #292211 (closed)

As described in the issue Stage#number_of_warnings use Ci::Build to look for jobs with warnings without considering Ci::Bridge jobs.
This MR use CommitStatus instead of Ci::Bridge and adjust concerned test.
