Remove boardStore from GraphQL boards selector [RUN AS-IF-FOSS]

What does this MR do?

No behavioural change.

• Split boards_selector to deprecate version using deprecated boardsStore

New version of these components are used on Swimlanes and on group boards behind :graphql_board_lists.

Related to &3900 (closed) and prep work for #233434 (closed)
