Testing Case
This feature is behind a Feature Flag, to turn on:
Feature.enable(:fork_project_form)- Navigate to a project.
- Click on the Fork button
Visibility Level
The radio input for the visibility level will be enable/disable depending on the parent fork project or selected namespace project:
