Remove Default Service Desk Issue Title Prefix
What does this MR do?
We have a number of ways to identify service desk issues (including author = GitLab Support Bot).
We also now expose the author's e-mail address !48089 (merged)
So there is no longer any need to include these details in the issue title. Which will improve the experience for the customer's raising the issues!
