Draft: Use new gem for sentry messages

What does this MR do?

We need to migrate new sentry SDK. Raven gem put into maintanence mode

How to test

Go do gitlab gitlab.yml and add

  sentry:
    enabled: true
    dsn: <your key>
    environment: 'gstg' # e.g. development, staging, production

Go to console

Sentry.configuration.trusted_proxies = []
err = StandartError.new('aa')
Gitlab::ErrorTracking.track_exception(err)
