What does this MR do?

Reenables a spec that uses the QA tunnel now that it's back up and running https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/gl-infra/production/-/issues/2813#note_502610265, as part of gitlab-com/www-gitlab-com#10702 (closed) the KR to reduced quarantined specs. This way we can monitor the test while it's still in quarantine to check if it's still flaky.
