What does this MR do?

Bulk Update Metrics definitions

• Update data_source for Redis HLL metrics, from redis to redis_hll We can do this by checking the redis_hll_counters we can figure out the correct data source.
• Update tier free for metrics in core where there was no value
• Update distribution to ce for metrics in core where there was not value
• Update metrics dictionary

This will help to have less changes in Issues we have created per groups.
