Use Root Image for images with missing name

What does this MR do?

This MR updates the handling for images without a name by:

• Adding Root image to their path in the list view
• Showing Root Image in the breadcrumb
• Showing Root Image in the image title
• Adding an info icon with a tooltip when we show Root Image
• Getting rid of the word tags from the title, since now the page is a proper image details page
