Extend DAST scan creation services to take optional branch

What does this MR do?
extends DastOnDemandScans::CreateService and DastOnDemandScans::ParamCreateService to take an optional branch parameter as an input, passing it to be used in Ci::Pipeline creeation.
Why?
we want to give users the ability to run on-demand scans against branches other than the default branch.
