Update css to make vulnerability title more prominent
What does this MR do?
Removes the text-body
css class to make the vulnerability title blue and underlined when hovered as requested in the issue:
We will implement the link highlight change as seen in #292595[b05_Row-hover-use-cases.png]
- On-row-hover: underline the description/link-item.
- this signals to the user that they can click on this to view the details page.
- On-description/link-item hover: change the style to the link style (Underlined-blue)
- This reinforces the link is a link in GitLab.
