Add package status to generic package docs

What does this MR do?

In 13.9, we added a status type to generic packages, default or hidden. This MR updates the docs to make it clear how an example request/response is formatted.

• The MR includes necessary changes to maintain consistency between UI, API, email, or other methods
• Security reports checked/validated by a reviewer from the AppSec team
