BulkImports: Remove after_run duplication
What does this MR do?
There's some duplication on the BulkImports::Pipeline#after_run implementation on each pipeline. This duplication became more evident when BulkImports::Tracker was changed to track each pipeline work (#323382 (closed)).
This MR DRYs up the after_run moving the common implementation to BulkImports::Pipeline itself.
