Add check if user is bot to Users API

What does this MR do?

This MR solves: #300068 (closed)

Previously the way to check whether a user is a bot or not was based on hardcoded Values. With the changes in this MR this check is now based on Data consumed from the Users API.

Additionally this MR removes the securityAutoFix Feature Flag.
