Add note about code snippets in the registry
What does this MR do?
As we were working on the release post item for adding Gradle commands to the UI, we realized that we don't have a place for them in the docs. This MR adds a note to the top-level package registry docs that state you can access helpful snippets for configuring and installing packages.
